01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If you're going into education, be aware that we're doing a lot of work with social-emotional learning now because of COVID and social media. Kids may need help with communicating, navigating feelings, and compromising. Be ready for that beyond just teaching subjects like history or reading.
