Cindy Mitman, PharmD, MBA, BCSCP, CQA, is a strategic quality and regulatory leader with over 20 years of experience in sterile compounding, hospital pharmacy, and pharmaceutical operations. She specializes in guiding 503A pharmacies, 503B outsourcing facilities, and commercial pharmaceutical organizations to strengthen quality systems, optimize operational performance, and achieve regulatory compliance with confidence. Cindy combines her pharmacy licensure and advanced certifications with extensive experience in GMP-regulated environments to turn compliance into a driver of business growth and operational trust.
Throughout her career, Cindy has successfully led FDA, DEA, and state board inspections, designed and launched state-of-the-art sterile compounding cleanrooms, and contributed to ISMP guidelines shaping national standards for IV and perioperative medication safety. She has served as an FDA panelist providing thought leadership on quality culture, process validation, and outsourcing strategies, consistently delivering practical solutions that integrate regulatory requirements with operational excellence. Her expertise spans quality management systems, deviation and CAPA execution, aseptic training, labeling compliance, and commercial team education.
