She is a healthcare support services leader with experience in patient experience, environmental services, transport, linen, and hospital operations. As a manager with Xanitos at Kern Medical, she focuses on staff education, regulatory compliance, safety, patient-centered care, and performance improvement. She has progressed from frontline housekeeping roles into leadership and holds an associate degree in Business Administration and Management from Brigham Young University–Idaho.
