Ten minutes with Cindy

01What do you attribute your success to?

I really attribute what really helped me in my job was starting out in aerospace. Everything I learned, I learned on my own. It was all experience-based.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge right now is trying to get past having to have the degree. And getting past, it's just really tough. Trying to stay up-to-date on systems like Coupa.
