Cindy Stuart

Cindy Stuart serves as a consultant through her firm, Cindy Stuart LLC, in Tampa, Florida, where she began her independent practice at the beginning of 2025. Her work focuses on helping nonprofit groups navigate government processes, supporting candidates with field campaigns and donor organization, and running the Women in Leadership group, a network of over 850 women that meets monthly for networking events and has launched a membership program. Prior to consulting, Stuart spent 12 years as an elected official in Hillsborough County, serving eight years as a school board member where she launched programs including school-based food pantries and mental health initiatives, and four years as clerk of the court, during which her office earned Top Workplace and Women-led Workplace awards. She earned a technology degree in management information from Florida International University following a short period at the University of Tampa. Stuart maintains active involvement in local organizations such as the Carolwood Area Business Association, South Tampa Chamber, and serves on the boards of Safe and Sound Hillsboro and Maddie's Movement, while supporting events for the Spring of Tampa Bay domestic violence shelter.
