Cindy Webster

She is a dedicated nonprofit and disaster management professional with over a decade of experience in volunteer coordination, disaster response, and community service, currently serving as a Big Ambassador at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma, where she supports youth mentorship and community engagement. Prior to this role, she served as Coordinator of Volunteers at John 3:16 Mission, where she led volunteer recruitment, training, and program coordination. Her career includes over four years at the American Red Cross in progressively responsible roles, including Disaster Program Manager, Volunteer Services Specialist, and Disaster Program Specialist, where she led disaster response operations and volunteer management. She also served as Head Cashier at Tulsa Community College. She holds a Master of Science in Fire and Emergency Management and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Oklahoma State University. She is recognized as a compassionate, strategic, and community-focused leader who is deeply committed to serving vulnerable populations, strengthening volunteer programs, and making a positive impact in her community.
