Cindy Willis, GSP, PMBA, is an Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor with over four years of experience supporting compliance, risk mitigation, and workforce protection across heavy civil and infrastructure construction projects. She currently serves in safety leadership roles with Source Building Group and HazTek Safety Management, where she brings a strong foundation in Occupational Safety and Health Technology paired with a Master of Business Administration in Project Management, earned in 2025. This combination allows Cindy to bridge hands-on safety execution with strategic project planning and leadership.

Throughout her career, Cindy has managed safety operations for data centers, distribution centers, industrial roofing projects, and residential construction sites. Her experience includes leading inspections and audits, developing site-specific safety programs, conducting training, coordinating multi-contractor environments, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Known for her proactive, collaborative approach, she integrates safety into every phase of project execution to support both operational efficiency and team well-being. She thrives in environments that value clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Outside of her professional role, Cindy is a devoted mother of three boys and a proud dog owner—her dog even accompanies her to work daily. A lifelong equestrian, she has been around horses since the age of two, with a deep passion for riding that led her to barrel racing and rodeo competitions from age ten through her thirties. That same discipline, resilience, and commitment she developed in the arena carry through to her leadership style today, shaping her as a grounded, driven professional who values safety, responsibility, and balance in both work and life.
