Cinthia Almeida

Cinthia Almeida is a consultant specializing in personal marketing and personal branding. With 8 years as a consultant and more than 20 years in marketing overall, she founded her own company after relocating from Brazil to the United States. Previously an executive at Samsung in Brazil, she now works with clients worldwide, including in Hong Kong, France, Spain, Portugal, the U.S., and Brazil, leveraging her cross-cultural skills as a Brazilian professional. Cinthia helps executives highlight their strengths, strengthen their digital presence as thought leaders, and manage career transitions such as moving into CEO roles, board positions, advisory work, or new businesses. Her educational background includes an MBA in marketing from Brazil, a specialization in executive coaching and leadership from Harvard, a course in global business from the University of California Riverside, and a major in advertising. She is a member of the Brazilian Chamber in the U.S., volunteers with her children's school community, and authored the book Expat, known in Portuguese as Patriada.
