I work as a manager at a staffing agency, where I've been for almost six years now. In my role, I manage the full hiring cycle - everything from research and recruitment to managing the people we bring in. I came to the United States from Ecuador, and through various experiences, I found my way into human resources. What I love most about this field is that it allows me to help people, which is really what drives me. Right now I'm working fully on-site, but I'm looking for hybrid opportunities that would give me more flexibility to balance my work with my responsibilities as a single mom to my daughter and son.
