01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never ever think you cannot do something. The sky's the limit. I came here when I was young, didn't speak English, we were very poor. I joined the military, served 6 years, they paid for my school. Worked my butt off, got my MBA. If I did it, anybody can. Use all your tools - networking, ask questions, read, keep knocking on doors.
