About Cinthya
Cinthya Perez is a tech sales professional representing Dallas, Texas. After graduating from TCU with a degree in finance in 2021, she began her career in tech sales in 2022 at LinkedIn, where she quickly excelled as the number one rep and earned President's Club recognition, allowing her to purchase real estate and retire her parents. She currently works at HubSpot and is a first-generation college graduate who received a full ride. Perez attributes her success to her strong why, rooted in her family's journey to the U.S. with only $3,000 and her desire to give back, combined with consistent daily discipline. She prioritizes self-care through morning routines of working out, reading, meditation, and affirmations. Previously, she volunteered with a religious nonprofit organization for students at TCU and aspires to work with a women's nonprofit in the future.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My why, remembering my family and parents who came to the U.S. with only $3,000 to give us a good future. The discipline of doing things the same every day until seeing results.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do everything with fear. Have a why. Remember that you can change your reality. Be disciplined every day even when you don't see results immediately.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family, giving back to parents, self-care by setting time for working out, reading, meditation, affirmations. Discipline and pouring into myself.
