Cinthya Romriell

Cinthya Romriell is the Chocolatier and Owner of Cinful Sweets, a premier chocolate shop located at 9415 Burnett Road Suite 106 in Austin, Texas. She entered the field in 2012 by enrolling in culinary school and completing the baking and pastry program, where a brief introduction to chocolate tempering sparked her passion. After working in corporate hotels and climbing to the role of Pastry Chef at the Hyatt, she spent eight years traveling to learn from master chocolatiers in locations including New York. In 2018, following the loss of her brother, she used his life insurance proceeds to pursue entrepreneurship, culminating in the 2022 grand opening of her shop. Romriell holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of Texas, awarded in 2006. Her confections draw from personal experiences and her Hispanic culture, such as the Galaxy Bomb Bonbon and a signature six-flavor tropical bonbon honoring her brother, alongside vegan and gluten-free options and a coffee collection. She also teaches accessible chocolate classes, including tempering and bonbon-making, to share her expertise with the Austin community.
