She is a public-sector criminal justice and community supervision leader with 20+ years of experience at Travis County. She currently serves as a Unit Manager overseeing Community Supervision Specialty Courts and Intake, where she leads teams, implements evidence-based policies, uses data-driven approaches to improve outcomes, and develops community partnerships supporting rehabilitation and reentry. Her background also includes mental health-focused supervision, risk assessment, substance-use evaluations, and court services. She holds an Executive Master in Public Leadership from the LBJ School of Public Affairs and a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections.
