Control what you can control.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The industry is very fast-growing with regulations that have not caught up to trends, and social media presence is a challenge. Opportunities include the rapid pace of growth and change in a field of medicine that didn't exist 5 years ago, allowing for capturing new patients, new treatments, and new ways of treating patients.

Leading with integrity and knowing that the right thing to do is most likely not the easiest.
