Her Interview
Ten minutes with claire
01What do you attribute your success to?
I try to be a nice, professional person, and I think I have a good work ethic, and I try to work really hard and produce a good finished product. I maintain relationships with people that are good. I've also been learning about what kind of content does well and what people want to see.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Figure out where you want to go with things ideally, and have a thick skin, or bulletproof skin. It's important.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges: AI in music is stressful because people can upload finished songs easily while others slave away writing and hiring musicians. Opportunities: Finding new ways to integrate content creation with music, new genres popping up, new art spaces, different ways to showcase music.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is really important. Being a person of my word. Being aligned and grounded. Being kind, and trying to keep on an even keel. Working on mental health so not affected by crazy comments on social media.
