Claire Stack

Claire Stack is a seasoned finance and accounting executive and a CPA with more than 15 years of experience leading financial strategy, corporate governance, and risk management initiatives for financial services companies. Based in Champaign, Illinois, she has built her career on a foundation of integrity, work ethic, analytical excellence and a deep commitment to helping organizations achieve sustainable growth. Throughout her career, Claire has held key leadership roles across both public accounting and within private industry, including leadership positions within the Big 4, Steelcase and CLA.

Claire’s professional journey reflects a steady progression of responsibility and impact. Beginning in public accounting, she led audit and attest engagements for Fortune 500 financial institutions, developing a sharp understanding of complex financial and accounting frameworks, attest standards and regulatory compliance. Her transition into corporate finance within private industry expanded her expertise in strategic planning, team development and organizational transformation. Today, she drives nationwide initiatives that empower teams to work efficiently, foster collaboration, and deliver measurable value to the organization.

Claire is an active contributor to her community and profession. She serves on the board of SDS Technology and the Eastern Illinois Food Bank Finance Committee and is an AICPA associate member. A proud graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Claire champions for education and mentorship in her role on the Advisory Committee of Women United, a Champaign group of United Way that serves to increase literacy rates in the community. Outside of work, Claire enjoys golfing with her family and friends, reading, and staying connected within her community—balancing professional achievement with personal fulfillment.
