01What do you attribute your success to?
My parents belief in me. My parents were 2 people on the same page. They raised us to go out and get it Do what makes you happy.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Go after what you want. Don't be afraid to try anything you want to do. Dream big.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Learn as much as you can. Technology is rapidly changing. Keep up with it and you will become invaluable.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is figuring out where you fit in and what your passion is. The opportunities are endless. Telecommunications is not going away. There will be many opportunities.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being Honest and True to myself. Also Integrity is key.
