Her Interview
Ten minutes with Clare
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be open to opportunities and say yes to additional projects even if you feel unqualified. Have a thick skin to handle tough client conversations and keep forging through.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenge: Misconception that customer success is just support rather than building relationships and driving ROI. Opportunity: Exposure to all teams in SaaS and high-level executives, allowing broad experience and problem-solving.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In work: grit, empathy, and a 'how can I help' attitude. Personally: focusing on family and having a sense of humor, especially with a toddler.
