About Clarissa
I am a customer service and healthcare support professional with experience across insurance, healthcare, and retail environments. Currently, I serve as a Customer Service Consultant at Progressive Insurance, where I help customers resolve policy, billing, and service concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Before joining Progressive, I worked for nearly seven years as a Health Plan Specialist at Kaiser Permanente Georgia, assisting members with complex inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, billing, claims, and service recovery. This role strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate healthcare systems while supporting members with empathy and professionalism.
Earlier in my career, I worked in customer service roles with DICK’S Sporting Goods and Good2Go Auto Insurance, gaining valuable experience in training staff, resolving customer concerns, handling billing inquiries, and maintaining high service quality scores.
I’m passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, supporting healthcare access, and helping organizations build strong relationships with their clients and members.
