I attribute my success to the constant motivation and support from my family—they’ve always encouraged me to keep pushing forward. I’m also incredibly grateful for my first mentor, Michael Valore. He taught me so much early on in my career and played a key role in helping me grow both professionally and personally.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to keep your head high, set clear boundaries, and stay focused on what you want to achieve. This field can be challenging, but confidence, resilience, and knowing your worth will take you far. Don’t be afraid to speak up, take space, and go after every opportunity that aligns with your goals.
