What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being in a position where I can strategically guide the company’s direction, implement impactful programs that help clients save on premiums, and ensure businesses achieve a strong return on investment.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never take no for an answer. My mentors taught me to dig deeper—to understand why a client is saying no and to find a solution that works for everyone. I also learned that you have to dedicate real time and heart to your craft; law isn’t just about a payday—what you do truly impacts lives, whether it's your clients or your colleagues.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay connected and empowered by building relationships with other women who are also navigating growth—regardless of their background, shared support can be a powerful force.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Dedication, discipline, and continuous learning are core values in both my work and personal life. I'm deeply committed to being resourceful and thorough—if I don’t know enough, I go back to school or seek further education to ensure I’m making informed, strategic decisions. My day starts at 4:30 AM because I believe setting a strong foundation early sets me up to support my clients and colleagues with the highest level of professionalism.
