Claudia (Curran) Broman

I am passionate about helping faith communities and nonprofit organizations grow through thoughtful stewardship, strong relationships, and meaningful storytelling. As Director of Charitable Giving for the Diocese of Rockford, I work closely with clergy, parishioners, and donors to build a culture of generosity—educating communities about diocesan needs and developing sustainable resources of time, talent, and treasure to support ministry today and into the future.

Before this role, I helped launch and grow a development program for Warhawk Catholic through the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, supporting campus ministry at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. Throughout my career, I have also worked as a freelance writer and communications consultant, creating content for publications, foundations, and nonprofits, and using media strategy to amplify their missions.

Earlier experiences in parish music ministry and cooperative marketing—including my work with the Chequamegon Food Cooperative—gave me a strong foundation in community engagement, creativity, and service. Across every role, my goal is simple: to help organizations communicate their mission clearly, build lasting relationships, and inspire people to give generously of themselves for the good of others.
