I am a technology sales and business applications leader with a strong track record of driving digital transformation and empowering organizations to achieve more through innovative solutions. I currently serve as a Senior Enterprise AI Business Solutions Specialist at Microsoft in the Greater Seattle Area, a role I have held since July 2025, where I empower organizations with Microsoft's industry-leading business applications—including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform—enhanced by cutting-edge AI innovations. I drive measurable business outcomes across Sales, Service, ERP, and Low Code personas, serve as a trusted industry advisor guiding customers through digital transformation with strategic insight, and proudly support Manufacturing and Mobility customers as they scale and innovate with AI at the core of their journey.

I have been with Microsoft for nearly five years, having previously served as Senior Business Applications Specialist, where I guided customers in strategizing, planning, and executing their digital transformation journeys with cloud-first, mobile-first, and agile solutions, and as Business Applications Specialist, where I empowered strategic customers in the manufacturing industry by transforming their organizational processes. I was recognized with the Gold Club, Americas award in FY23 for achieving exemplary attainment and demonstrating outstanding business impact.

Prior to joining Microsoft, I served as a Search Fund Analyst at the IDEA Center at the University of Notre Dame for six months and as a Sales Excellence Manager MBA Intern at Microsoft for four months. I also spent six years at Excellia, the Center of Excellence of Grupo Romero, one of Peru's largest conglomerates, where I served as Organizational Consultant for over three years, leading projects across more than ten companies in logistics, oil and gas, fast-moving consumer goods, and agroindustry industries, designing and deploying projects for CEOs and C-suites, pioneering People and Talent Analytics projects for six companies, and leading a team of five people. I also served as Organizational Development Coordinator, Organizational Development Analyst, and Organizational Development Assistant, where I implemented critical positions identification, led SAP SuccessFactors implementation across more than ten companies, and analyzed and standardized performance management programs.

I also co-founded and served as Product Manager at Mamámanzana E.I.R.L for over five years, a business entrepreneurship that provides caramel apples with unique toppings, where I established business strategy, recovered one hundred percent of initial investment in the second year, developed brand strategy, designed and tested products, and led focus groups to build customer engagement strategies.
