Her Interview

Ten minutes with Claudia

01What do you attribute your success to?

I honestly say God. I'm very spiritual. Jesus Christ.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Believe in yourself. You could really do anything you set your mind to. Believe in yourself, for sure.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Take it day by day, the little things matter. The small things that you get better each day is really what makes you, not these huge jumps. It's the little things.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is AI right now. AI can be a good thing and can be a bad thing... AI doesn't really have that human touch that authentic ability... a lot of people are wanting to speak to somebody real.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Being authentic, as real as you can get, being yourself, down to earth. Loyalty is important.
