Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a deep commitment to alignment — aligning who I am within with how I show up in the world. Rather than forcing outcomes or following external definitions of success, I learned to trust my inner guidance, honor my nervous system, and build my work from integrity, intuition, and truth.

My success has also come from listening — to myself, to others, and to the subtle signals that reveal when something is no longer sustainable or aligned. This has allowed me to create work that is both impactful and grounded, and to support others in stepping into their own clarity, power, and authenticity.

Above all, I attribute my success to courage: the courage to evolve, to release what no longer fits, and to lead in a way that values wholeness, compassion, and purpose alongside achievement.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received was to stop trying to fit my work into someone else’s definition of success and instead build a career that honors who I truly am. I was encouraged to trust my inner guidance, even when it led me off conventional paths, and to let alignment—not pressure or comparison—be my compass.

That advice taught me that sustainable success comes from clarity, integrity, and self-trust. When you listen deeply to yourself and lead from authenticity, your work becomes not only more impactful but also more fulfilling. Everything I’ve built since then has been rooted in that understanding.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Trust yourself sooner than you think you should. Your intuition, sensitivity, and emotional intelligence are not weaknesses—they are strengths that, when honored, become powerful tools for leadership and impact.

Learn to value your energy as much as your skills. Burnout, overgiving, and self-abandonment are not prerequisites for success. Build boundaries early, ask to be fairly compensated, and allow your work to evolve in ways that feel sustainable and true to who you are.

Most importantly, don’t wait for permission to be yourself. The industry doesn’t need you to fit in—it requires you to lead in your own voice, with integrity, courage, and authenticity.

Further, find out what your "career gold" is, the talents that make you unique. Then ask yourself: would I entrust this company with my gold? Like you would a bank.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the greatest challenges—and at the same time one of the greatest opportunities—in my field is honoring multidimensionality. I see myself as a kaleidoscope of talents, constantly evolving to create an ever-changing yet meaningful picture. Rather than focusing on a single offering or identity, my work spans multiple modalities, perspectives, and ways of service.

The challenge lies in weaving this diversity into a coherent whole—ensuring clarity, integrity, and alignment across everything I offer. Yet this is also what makes the work deeply rewarding. The variety of my offerings allows me to serve a wide range of people, meet them where they are, and respond intuitively to what is needed in the moment.

In a world that often values specialization above all else, I see a powerful opportunity in integration—bringing different talents, experiences, and forms of wisdom together to create work that is dynamic, responsive, and truly holistic. This approach not only reflects who I am, but also mirrors the complexity and richness of the people I serve.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity is at the heart of everything I do. I value alignment between what I believe, how I live, and how I serve others. When integrity is present, trust follows—both with myself and with those I work with.

I also deeply value authenticity. I believe meaningful work and relationships are built when we allow ourselves to be real, evolving, and honest, rather than striving for perfection or performance. This creates space for growth, compassion, and genuine connection.

Finally, I value balance and sustainability. Success, to me, is not about constant expansion at the expense of well-being, but about creating a life and body of work that honors energy, presence, and purpose. When work supports life—and life supports work—everything becomes more fulfilling, impactful, and enduring.
