About Claudia

I've been working in the security industry for 11 months as a sales representative, but my role is unique because I help bridge the process between sales reps and closing deals. I'm extremely customer-driven and passionate about what I do. In the security industry, we protect people and businesses by installing security cameras and ultimately keeping everyone safe, so my priority is always to put the customer first and bring the most flexible solution for each client. I consider my areas of expertise to be determination, problem-solving, and that customer-first mentality. I come from a sports-minded background - I played field hockey in college - and that team-oriented experience has really shaped how I work. I'm very collaborative and love being part of a great group of individuals. I recently went back to school and completed my Master's of Business Administration from Westchester University of Pennsylvania in December 2024, with the goal of growing into a management position. I work within a territory of 8 or 9 states and have built a lot of connections on LinkedIn both within and outside my territory. I'm actively involved in the Women in Security Forum by the Security Industry Association and I'm also a member of ASIS International as a way to network and increase my skills within the industry.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I think it's more about the mission than just personal brand. I want to make sure that everyone who has my connection on LinkedIn understands that I bring a customer-first mentality. I love to be a part of a team and I'm very collaborative - I come from that sports-minded background from playing field hockey in college. My priority is to put the customer first, and I'm extremely passionate about keeping everyone safe and bringing the most flexible solution for the customer. In the next five years, I want to be the best version of myself and grow in my role, hopefully into some sort of management position, while still being part of a great group of individuals that can collaborate and bring that customer-first mindset to the table.
