Her career reflects a meaningful evolution from entertainment and corporate communications toward community-focused work with a direct social impact.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Claudia
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the three "f's" - faith, family, and friends. Without the people we love to nurture our spirit, it is had to keep grounded and move forward with intention. My faith reminds me to treat others the way you would want to be treated, gives me a servants heart, and reminds me that love is the most powerful force on this earth. My relationship with my faith has guided me to cultivate fruitful relationships in the workplace, which I believe has been the reason for my success.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Never burn a bridge. You never know when you might want to walk across that path again.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do it. You don't have to be an expert, you don't have to know everything. You just have to be willing to learn. And learn what you value the most in your life and build a career around that.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Just learning a new industry. Like everything when we first start something, I am in the grace period right now where I am not an expert, but I am learning how to navigate a new industry.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Again, faith, family, and friends. Also, adventure. Life is short. It's important to me that I go out and live it to the fullest.
