The best career advice I’ve ever received is that it never hurts to ask if you don’t ask, you don’t know. This mindset has taught me to be proactive, seek opportunities, and advocate for myself, knowing that taking initiative often opens doors that might otherwise remain closed.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to remember that knowledge is power, always ask questions and seek to learn as much as you can. Know who you are and embrace your uniqueness, because bringing a different perspective can be a true asset. Also, understand all your options and build a strong network, having a trusted mentor or even a lawyer friend can provide valuable guidance as you navigate your career.
