I attribute my success to a combination of hard work, passion, and discipline. I genuinely love what I do, and that enthusiasm is reflected in every aspect of my work. My background as an athlete has instilled in me a strong sense of dedication, perseverance, and the drive to continually push myself toward excellence.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that it never hurts to ask if you don’t ask, you don’t know. This mindset has taught me to be proactive, seek opportunities, and advocate for myself, knowing that taking initiative often opens doors that might otherwise remain closed.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to remember that knowledge is power, always ask questions and seek to learn as much as you can. Know who you are and embrace your uniqueness, because bringing a different perspective can be a true asset. Also, understand all your options and build a strong network, having a trusted mentor or even a lawyer friend can provide valuable guidance as you navigate your career.

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is staying current with the news and industry developments. For example, understanding changes like tariffs is crucial, as they can have significant impacts on strategy, decision-making, and overall business operations.
