It is about um helping others, um, you know, lifting others up as you grow, sharing your knowledge, um, your experience, Um, to me, there is nothing better than having, you know, a young woman come to me and say, hey, you know, how did you do what you do? How did you get started? Um, I love what you, you know, the field you're in, and I would love to, uh, to be in it myself. Well, um, I You know, typically just take that person aside and have a nice conversation and share everything that I, I did to, to get to where I am, and that really is what brings me joy and um uh that is what I think being influential is all about. What's one piece of advice you would give to younger women chasing their dreams?Coco Palomeque: If there is one piece of advice that I would give young women chasing their dreams, is not to be afraid. It is so easy to get bogged down by fear, by doubts, by questioning whether we have experience enough, whether we are prepared enough, whether, you know, this or that, and my advice is, you have to work hard, of course, but once you have done your Part, you just have to move forward and stay the course. Those monsters in your head that tell you, um, uh, well, maybe, you know, you're not good enough, or maybe, you know, things that are putting doubt in your, in your mind, those have to be pushed aside and you have to just keep going.
