Colleen Kraus Mangel

Colleen KrausMangel owns and operates an Assisted Living Locators franchise in the Western New York area, which she acquired two years ago after 25 years as a VP at a community bank where she developed technology training programs for young adults entering their careers. Motivated by her own family's experiences with aging parents in their 90s and dementia, she now assists families through every stage of senior care transitions, from initial intake and needs assessment to facility tours, placement, and ongoing post-move check-ins. She is dementia certified and holds Certified Senior Advisor credentials, maintains active memberships in the Network of Aging, CACE, Certified Senior Advisor Network, and BNI, and volunteers by managing the kitchen for Friends of the Night People while fundraising for the Alzheimer's Association. Her educational background includes an associate degree in travel tourism from Genesee Community College, a bachelor's degree in business from State University of Brockport, and a master's degree in HR and organizational management from Ashford University.
