Colleen Roberts
Colleen Roberts is a seasoned Field Marketing and Project Management professional, currently serving as Sr. Administrator of Field Marketing Strategic Support at TDS Telecommunications LLC. In her role, she partners with field marketing leadership to design and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives for both new and established markets. With over four years of experience in project and process management, Colleen brings a wealth of expertise in streamlining operations, implementing national standards, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions. She holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management and a Yellow Belt Certification in Business Process Improvement using Lean Six Sigma from the Wisconsin School of Business.
Throughout her career, Colleen has demonstrated a talent for enhancing organizational efficiency and supporting team growth. She has successfully led onboarding and training programs, managed fleet vehicle and facility changes, and developed Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making. Her prior experience as a project manager and senior administrator reflects her ability to align initiatives with organizational strategy, optimize resources, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Colleen’s approach combines strategic thinking, meticulous execution, and effective communication to deliver high-quality results in dynamic environments.

I attribute my success to a combination of determination, a positive mindset, and a genuine eagerness to learn quickly. I also believe that mentoring and supporting others along the way has been a key part of my growth, as helping others succeed often reinforces my own development and perspective.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to keep moving forward and to continuously seek opportunities to learn. Equally important is to approach every situation with empathy and kindness—treating people with respect and understanding has been invaluable in both my professional growth and personal development.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay motivated and maintain a positive mindset. Find your passion and pursue what truly makes you happy, while remaining eager to learn and embrace new opportunities. A combination of enthusiasm, curiosity, and dedication will help you grow both personally and professionally.
