Colleen Souza
Colleen Souza is an accomplished author, podcaster, educator, and real estate entrepreneur whose career is driven by a passion for empowering others to live intentionally and lead with purpose. A Pepperdine University alumna with a Master’s in Psychology and Education, Colleen began her professional journey as an educator and technology coordinator for Clovis Unified School District, where she spent over 16 years inspiring students and fostering innovation in the classroom. Her transition into real estate leadership with Souza Group eXp Realty marked the next evolution of her mission — helping individuals and families build lives rooted in growth, confidence, and connection.
A nationally recognized speaker and mindset coach, Colleen blends humor, heart, and authenticity to teach others how to “live by the mantras” — short, powerful truths that shape lasting transformation. Her debut book, Living by the Mantras, became an Amazon Best Seller within its first 10 days, resonating with readers seeking clarity, resilience, and purpose in their personal and professional lives. Whether she’s on stage, on air, or on the page, Colleen’s message is clear: mindset matters, and everyone has the power to rewrite their story.
Beyond her writing and podcasting work, Colleen continues to lead a thriving real estate business alongside her husband, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to her community through organizations like the National Association of Realtors and Rotary International. A proud mother of three, she finds joy in family life, travel, gardening, and serving as an advocate for education and well-being. With each new endeavor — from her next book to her expanding podcast — Colleen Souza continues to inspire others to parent, lead, and live with courage, compassion, and clarity.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I am in the process of transitioning to my 3rd career and AI is my biggest competitor. I need to be be present and consistently in front of my audience reminding them of what I have to offer and why they need me to write, speak, teach and train!
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Love and respect are the most important values in my life - for myself and for those who my work brings me in contact with. People know the difference of working with someone who values them over someone who doesn’t.
