What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering the technology and cybersecurity industry not to be intimidated by the next step—whether that’s pursuing a higher-level role or balancing career growth with family responsibilities. Have the confidence to take a leap of faith, stay persistent through challenges, and remain committed to continual learning.
Equally important is investing in relationships—building a strong network of mentors, peers, and colleagues can open doors, provide guidance, and create opportunities that accelerate both personal and professional growth. Success comes from combining courage, curiosity, and connection.
