About Connie
She is a registered nurse and care coordination professional with experience in case management, reassessment, intake nursing, strategic planning, and patient support. She currently works as an RN Care Coordinator at CentraState Healthcare System and is also Managing Member of Brynic Wellness Group, LLC. Previously, she held case management and nursing leadership roles with Capital Health, Healthfirst, and Centers Plan for Healthy Living. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University.
