The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stay grounded, stay focused, and approach every situation with a clear mind. I’ve also learned the importance of building relationships and collaborating with colleagues at all levels.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to be patient. Growth and success take time, and staying persistent, committed, and open to learning will pave the way for long-term achievements.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is meeting the demands of high-volume clients while maintaining quality and personalized service. At the same time, this challenge presents an opportunity to innovate processes and enhance efficiency, ultimately delivering greater value to clients.

The values that are most important to me, both in my work and personal life, are honesty and a commitment to giving back. I believe in being transparent and ethical in all interactions, while also using my skills and resources to support and uplift others.
