I attribute my success to hard work, determination, and maintaining a positive, goal-oriented mindset. I also credit listening to others, mentoring and developing talent, delegating responsibilities, and being willing to take strategic sidesteps to build new skills and prepare others for growth.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never quit, keep pushing forward, and make a difference; mentors also encouraged me to take strategic sidesteps or even a level down to gain essential skills, which prepared me for future opportunities.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to be present, ask questions, make their voices heard, and not be intimidated, while also embracing opportunities to step down or sidestep to upskill and focus on learning, mentoring, and developing others.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now involve driving innovative sales processes, training, and strategy while helping companies achieve—and exceed—their goals.

The values most important to me are honesty, visibility, and inspiring others through leadership and mentorship. I prioritize listening, commitment to excellence, effective delegation, and bringing new ideas, while also staying engaged with my community and church.
