About Connie
Connie Rose runs her Own Your Life coaching and consulting business. She offers a signature program called Frequency of Me and creates soul songs for clients. She is also affiliated with the frequency wellness company Solex, where she is one of the top income earners, trainers, and speakers. Raised in the health and wellness industry as her parents owned 12 Diet Center franchises, Connie draws from personal experience overcoming health challenges using frequency technology that helped her regain mobility. As a fifth-generation musician who has composed since childhood, she creates detailed 200-page books for clients detailing their divine design, decision-making, ideal clients, and branding, and she has developed a methodology for writing custom music for clients. She regularly uses the Inner Voice program from her frequency software to support balance.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say my belief in myself, and my certainty that things are always working out for me. If they're not currently working out for me, that just means the story's not done and there's more to come. I was raised like that. My dad would say, "You want sympathy? There's no sympathy in this house. The only place you're gonna find sympathy in this house is in the dictionary. So go look it up. It's between shit and syphilis." So I was like... Pause, take a moment, but we don't live there. You know, feel your feelings. Right? And just don't camp out there if it's not going to be an empowering context.
