Her Story

About Conswella

Conswella Teagle is a dedicated healthcare professional, aspiring marketing specialist, and lifelong learner whose career reflects a unique blend of compassion, resilience, and ambition. With 17 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she has provided quality patient care as an independent contractor serving healthcare facilities throughout Georgia. While building an accomplished career in healthcare, she has simultaneously pursued her passion for business and marketing by studying marketing at Strayer University, where she is completing coursework in speech, writing, social media marketing, and marketing communications. Her interest in marketing grew through hands-on experience creating flyers, business cards, and social media content for her family's church, inspiring her to transition into a career focused on helping organizations grow through authentic communication and creative strategy.

In addition to her healthcare background, Conswella has expanded her expertise through business consulting, professional development, and industry certifications in areas such as technical product management, e-commerce SEO, customer relationship management, and product marketing. She is an active member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS), where she was selected for a Scholarship Chair leadership opportunity, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence and leadership. As she prepares to begin a marketing internship and continue her education toward a bachelor's degree, she is also developing her entrepreneurial vision by building her own marketing brand and establishing a strong presence across digital platforms.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Conswella is deeply committed to serving her community and living a life grounded in honesty, integrity, faith, compassion, and teamwork. She enjoys hiking at destinations such as Stone Mountain and Kennesaw Mountain, staying active through fitness and yoga, and participating in her church's music ministry by singing and playing the piano. Passionate about empowering others, she encourages young women to pursue education, remain confident, and persevere in industries where they may be underrepresented. Through her transition from healthcare to marketing, Conswella exemplifies the power of lifelong learning, purpose-driven leadership, and using both service and business as vehicles to create a lasting, positive impact.
