Her Interview
Ten minutes with Corecia
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to having an amazing team at SBM that supports all the programs I manage, including a bilingual team, and strong family support that gives me flexibility when I need to work late or travel.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Put yourself first, create comfortable boundaries for yourself, and really do what's best for you. It's easy to get caught up in the corporate rat race and forget you have one singular life to live. Set boundaries early to avoid burnout and don't miss important family moments.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
A challenge is integrating AI effectively and responsibly while retaining ownership over work product and complying with legislation. On the employee experience side, keeping people engaged and re-engaging the remote workforce back into the office after years of hybrid or remote work post-COVID.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Personally, loyalty and reliability are very important to me. If you make commitments, being reliable within those commitments. I am a person of faith, I'm Catholic, so that's very important to me as well.
