She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and General Business from Sam Houston State University.
Prior to joining PCS Software, Cori held customer success and business development leadership roles with Revenova, UTECH, Curtis Wagner Plastics Corp., and Beemac Logistics. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed complex enterprise portfolios, stabilized high-risk customer accounts, developed scalable customer success programs, and generated significant revenue growth through strategic relationship management. Her accomplishments include launching innovative service offerings that reduced operational backlogs, improving customer onboarding and adoption, securing record-setting enterprise contracts, and implementing customer success strategies that strengthen retention while aligning business objectives with measurable results.
From an early age, Cori knew her passion was helping business owners succeed without necessarily becoming a business owner herself. That purpose continues to shape her approach today as she works alongside customers to solve complex operational challenges and position their organizations for sustainable growth. Known for her collaborative leadership style and strategic mindset, she excels at connecting customers with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful outcomes and lasting partnerships. Her expertise includes customer success strategy, enterprise account management, SaaS, transportation management systems (TMS), logistics operations, change management, process optimization, Salesforce CRM, executive stakeholder engagement, and growth strategy. Cori believes that while technology enables operational excellence, trust and strong relationships are what create long-term success.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
One of the most impactful pieces of career advice I've ever received is to never view "no" as the final answer. Instead, treat it as an opportunity to explore new possibilities, refine your approach, and remain persistent in pursuing your goals. This perspective has reinforced the importance of resilience, determination, and maintaining a solution-oriented mindset. Many of the best opportunities come to those who are willing to persevere, adapt to challenges, and continue moving forward despite obstacles.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to never give up on yourself and always remain true to who you are. Have confidence in your abilities, trust your instincts, and don't be afraid to stand up for what you believe in, even when it's challenging. There will be moments when others may question your ideas or try to discourage you, but it's important to remember that your voice matters. By staying authentic, advocating for yourself, and persevering through obstacles, you'll build the confidence and resilience needed to create a meaningful and successful career.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is earning the trust of customers and establishing myself as a trusted consultant and strategic partner rather than simply an account manager. Building that credibility takes time, consistent communication, and a genuine commitment to understanding each client's unique goals and challenges. However, once that foundation of trust is established, the opportunities become limitless. Strong relationships lead to deeper collaboration, long-term partnerships, and the ability to create meaningful value for both clients and the business.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me both professionally and personally are trust, collaboration, and genuine care for others. In my work, I strive to ensure that every customer feels supported and valued by building a shared vision and working together toward meaningful goals. I view my clients not simply as customers, but as long-term business partners whose success is directly connected to my own. In my personal life, I bring that same positive energy, compassion, and enthusiasm to those around me. I believe in uplifting others, celebrating their successes, and creating meaningful relationships that inspire growth, happiness, and mutual support.
