Currently serving as Lead Student Assistance Program Coordinator at Northern Illinois Recovery Center, where I manage a team, oversee operations, and provide direct support to students and families. I leverage evidence-based interventions, including SBIRT and Motivational Interviewing, to address substance use and promote mental health and well-being.
Previously, I worked as a Foster Care Case Manager at Ennis Center for Children, Inc., where I conducted detailed case assessments, facilitated multi-party communication, ensured regulatory compliance, and contributed to informed court decisions to protect the welfare of children.
My expertise includes program leadership, team development, student and family engagement, crisis intervention, and community partnership building. I am highly skilled in data management, reporting, and operational oversight, ensuring that programs run efficiently while achieving meaningful outcomes for the populations served.
