Her Story
About Corinne
I’ve experienced how complex it can be to navigate major decisions and transitions, especially when the “right” path ahead isn’t clear-cut. I recently stepped away from my corporate role to support a family member. In this case, it was clearly the right choice, but it also came with it a healthy dose of uncertainty and a tiny bit of fear, which served as a powerful reminder of how difficult it can be to move forward when competing priorities overlap.
Today, I work with professionals who are thoughtful, capable and experienced but at a personal intersection of priorities and a place where the direction forward isn’t fully clear. Some are considering a career move. Some want to increase their impact. Others are contemplating a major life transition, like retirement. In all cases, they’ve done a lot of thinking.
What’s missing for each of them, is an understanding of what is most important, the clarity to make the critical decisions and the confidence to act on it.
That is exactly where our coaching sessions focus. I support and guide my clients as they use their newly found insights to define a clear direction forward, make confident decisions, and move ahead with confidence.

Ten minutes with Corinne
01What do you attribute your success to?
My success has come from taking the time to get to know (really know) the people that I am working with and for as well as those working for me. When you know what people value as well as what truly drives them, and pair that with genuine care and hard work, you can always find a path forward that delivers win-win results for all.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be honest, work with integrity and always be authentic and true to yourself.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Women haven't historically been raised to believe in themselves and to have the confidence to raise their hand and volunteer for the roles that will get them the work and career that they desire. I started out with the belief that if I did good work I would get noticed and then get promoted. I waited for the proverbial tap on the shoulder. Thankfully, I was lucky and that worked. Hindsight being 20/20, I wouldn't suggest leaving something so important to chance. I strongly recommend that the women of today take the time to understand themselves, know their values, aptitudes and skills, as well as what truly drives them, and then go forward in the direction of their dreams - boldly and confidently. Don't wait for anyone to tap you on the shoulder.....raise your hand and lean into what you know that you want and can do. .
