Corissa Betts

Corissa Betts is an HR and Development Manager with over a decade of experience in the healthcare field. She began her career in 2013 after completing school for medical assisting, phlebotomy, and EKG, starting as a medical assistant with her current company. Over the years, she has taken on increasing responsibilities, advancing through roles as site lead, office manager, and regional manager before moving into her current position in HR and development. She also holds a certification in strategic organizational leadership. Betts enjoys leading people and helping them identify their strengths to excel and advance their careers. She takes pride in developing and improving organizational processes to better support the team and the overall organization.
