About Corrie
Corrie Luce serves as a national account manager for one of the largest accounts at Crash Champions in the collision repair industry. Based in Denver, Colorado, she brings just over 10 years of experience to her role, having started in her parents' body shop during high school. Her Interview
Ten minutes with Corrie
01What do you attribute your success to?
I would attribute my success to hard work, resilience, and the determination to keep getting back up. I’ve also learned that sometimes growth means having the courage to pivot when something isn’t right. Leaving an unhealthy marriage at a young age became a turning point that motivated me to invest in myself and push my career further than I ever thought possible.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Keep going even when it doesn't really feel possible. I would also say to find a room of people that support you.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do it. Absolutely do it. It won’t always be easy, but it’s been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made. This career has opened doors I never imagined. It has allowed me to travel to places I never thought I’d see, build incredible relationships, and experience opportunities I never thought possible. There will be challenges along the way, but if you’re willing to put in the work, the rewards are absolutely worth it.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The collision repair industry has traditionally been male-dominated, so one of the biggest challenges has been overcoming long-standing stereotypes and helping redefine expectations. While the industry has historically been viewed as a man’s world, it has evolved significantly. Today, there are more opportunities than ever for women to lead, innovate, and make a meaningful impact. There’s still work to be done, but that also means there’s tremendous opportunity to continue raising the bar and shaping the future of the industry.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty, integrity, and just really being there for people when they are having an issue - being the resource that I never had when I was in the shop.
