What do you attribute your success to?
From the start of my career, I’ve been driven by a desire to grow, lead with integrity, and make a real impact. Whether I’m leading a team, building strategy, or mentoring others, I try to show up fully, think outside the box, and keep learning along the way.
I owe a lot of my success to consistency, humility, and the incredible people I’ve worked alongside. Showing up every day, especially when it’s hard is what turns good ideas into lasting impact. I’m endlessly grateful for the mentors, teammates, and colleagues who’ve challenged me, supported me, and helped me grow.
My leadership style is a balance of accountability and empathy. I believe in setting a high bar while creating space for people to take risks and learn. Integrity and ownership are non-negotiable for me when things don’t go as planned, we learn, adapt, and move forward together.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I ever received came early in my career: Listen before you lead.
Leadership isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about asking the right questions and truly hearing others. Active listening builds trust, reveals opportunities, and helps me understand the real needs of my customers and my team. It's not about me, I work and support them.
This mindset has guided me through every chapter of my career anchoring me in authenticity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
When I speak with young women entering my field, I always encourage bold curiosity and confidence.
Look for opportunity and seize it, even if it’s not exactly what you expected. Growth happens when you step into something new, take risks, and trust yourself to figure it out. Don’t wait until you feel ready, your voice and perspective already matter.
And remember, none of us succeed alone. Surround yourself with people who challenge and uplift you and pay it forward when it’s your turn.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
In today’s rapidly changing world, I see both challenge and opportunity. The biggest test we face is staying adaptable while keeping people at the center of the process. Technology, shifting markets, and evolving customer expectations push us to grow but that’s where the innovation happens.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
For me, it really comes down to integrity, curiosity, and empathy.
Integrity is at the core of everything I do, it’s about doing what’s right, even when no one’s watching. Curiosity keeps me learning and growing; it pushes me to ask questions, challenge myself, and stay open to new perspectives. And empathy matters because people are at the center of every decision, every conversation, and every success.
At the end of the day, I try to show up with honesty, humility, and a genuine desire to do good work with good people. That’s what continues to drive me both professionally and personally.
