What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always encourage women to be confident and unapologetic about their place in a male-dominated industry. Confidence opens doors and inspires others to do the same.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to listen before you lead. Taking the time to understand, observe, and learn from others builds the foundation for strong, informed leadership.
