My advice to young women entering this industry is to avoid comparing yourself to others, give yourself grace, trust in your abilities, and actively engage in mentorship—both seeking guidance and supporting others.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are family, quality time with my three daughters and husband, travel, enjoying good food, and sharing experiences filled with music and joy.
