The best career advice I’ve ever received is that “comparison is the thief of joy,” reminding me to focus on my own growth and achievements rather than measuring myself against others.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to avoid comparing yourself to others, give yourself grace, trust in your abilities, and actively engage in mentorship—both seeking guidance and supporting others.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are family, quality time with my three daughters and husband, travel, enjoying good food, and sharing experiences filled with music and joy.
