Courtney Lee

Courtney Lee serves as Head Basketball Coach at Colleyville Heritage High School in Colleyville, Texas. She began her career in education in 2001 after playing college basketball at West Texas A&M University, where she earned a kinesiology degree following an initial interest in physical therapy. Her early roles included Director of Student-Athlete Services, where she supported college athletes with academic success and NCAA compliance, and interim Senior Woman Administrator, experiences that developed her leadership abilities early on. After returning to Texas from West Texas, she joined Colleyville Heritage as an assistant basketball coach, served as head track and field coach for six years, and became head basketball coach while also assisting with track. She recently began working with Code Red Elite Academy to build the girls AAU program and provide greater exposure for young female athletes. Courtney is a member of the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches, Texas Girls Coaches Association, and Texas High School Coaches Association, and she emphasizes building relationships through leadership and mentorship.
