Courtney Meatte serves as Development Manager in the regenerative health field, where she has worked for almost a year since starting last September. Representing Delray Beach, Florida, she specializes in regenerative medicine and peptides, drawing on her public relations degree to connect with clients and providers in a consultative manner. Courtney attributes her success to maintaining a learning and curiosity mindset, being self-sufficient, steering her own ship, and upholding integrity in all business dealings. She is an active member of Work Like a Girl, participates in networking events, and recently educated attendees at a regenerative space conference. Her advice to young women entering the industry is to believe in themselves, work their mind like a muscle daily, and approach opportunities with a humble, helping-first, consultative mindset full of genuine curiosity to remove barriers and offer value.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a learning and curiosity mindset, being self-sufficient, steering my own ship, and maintaining integrity in all business dealings. I believe in following good leadership but ultimately taking control of my own path, especially when I see issues like unethical practices.

Believe in yourself because your mindset emulates in life. Work your mind like a muscle every day. Approach with a humble, helping-first, consultative mindset full of genuine curiosity to remove barriers and offer value.
