I would advise young women entering the industry to continuously learn and stay proactive in keeping up with the ever-evolving landscape. Embracing change and seeking out new knowledge and skills will help you remain competitive and confident in your career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is managing high workloads, which can often lead to burnout. At the same time, there are opportunities to improve efficiency, implement supportive systems, and prioritize well-being, creating a more sustainable and productive work environment.
