Courtney Nicpon

I am an operations and administrative leader currently serving as Assistant General Manager at MacFawn Fire & Flood Restoration, a role I stepped into in March 2025. I had previously spent over two years at the same company as Administrative Manager from September 2021 to January 2024, where I developed a deep understanding of restoration operations, client coordination, and internal processes before returning in a more senior capacity.

Between my two tenures at MacFawn, I spent one year as a Recruitment Coordinator at The Arc Lexington, where I applied my organizational and people-focused skills to help bring dedicated staff into an organization supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. That experience broadened my perspective on human services and the importance of mission-driven work.

Across my roles in restoration management and recruitment, I have built a reputation for keeping operations running smoothly, supporting teams, and solving problems before they escalate. I believe good management is invisible—when everything works, nobody notices, but that's exactly the point. I take pride in being the person who makes sure things get done right, on time, and with care.
